My personal experience as a tenant for 1 year was on the whole very positive - we were given plenty of notice for viewings, fees were transparent, emails were answered quickly and any issues with the flat were resolved without a fuss. They were certainly a lot better than my previous experience with a (very highly rated!) estate agent in London, who didn't manage to do any of theses things!

EPS were always pleasant and efficient during our tenancy, they were agreeable when we wanted to leave our tenancy early and easy to work with. There were not any major problems during the tenancy to be dealt with, however they were helpful with smaller things that needed sorted. Fees are reasonable for the area. Small family company means you can always speak to the right person when required. They were good liaisons with the landlord and were always honest about property condition. Would recommend to others.

EPS has been managing our three flats since 2008. I can easily say that they are the best thing I have seen so far in the financial side of my life! Why? Accessible, responsible, fast, caring, professional, much more than "value for money". God forbid, if they ever wanted to leave this very complicated business, I would sell the properties straightaway!
